Reinforced Capacitor Bank 30 kvar/400V, 37.5 kvar/440V
Our BKN-type capacitor bank is designed for reactive power compensation in 400V networks. It is used to improve the power factor in small and medium-sized enterprises and wherever capacitive compensation is required.

This fully automated and self-contained device. Depending on the capacitive reactive power demand, the bank automatically switches on the appropriate number of capacitors to maintain the cosine phi (cos phi) power factor at the required level.

The standard capacitor discharge time is 1 minute.

This time can be shortened to 5 seconds by using discharge reactors. In this case, the additional charge for the offered bank is PLN 353 gross. The following devices were used:
• HYUNDAI circuit breakers
• HYUNDAI contactors
• ZEZ SILKO capacitors
• BMR microprocessor controller
The battery power supply is protected by a fuse switch with NH-00 fuse links.
The housing is made of galvanized sheet metal and powder-coated in RAL 7035.
To connect the device, simply use a 4-wire cable. The battery does not require a neutral "N" wire connection. A 3P + PE connection is sufficient.
This solution further reduces connection costs while ensuring lower failure rates and, most importantly, operational safety.
